A.D.I. keeps copy, brand rules, images and video in one place. The tools you produce with read from it, natively or through plugins. The output is validated, frame by frame, and goes out to the client preview with the report attached. Change it once, every ad updates.
Statics are made in Photoshop or Figma. HTML5 in Animate or Google Web Designer. Video in After Effects or Premiere. Each is good at its job. None of them knows what the other two are using, so the same headline, the same packshot and the same legal line live in three places, by hand. Same sentence, three toolchains, three chances to get it wrong. Nobody can say which version the client actually approved.
Most mistakes in ad production are not creative mistakes. They are a comma, a wrong date, a line pasted into the wrong language. A.D.I. removes the step where they happen, and then checks the result anyway.
Texts from the copy deck are not copied into the assets. They are the assets' content. Templates read the deck row for their format and language, so there is no retyping, no copy-paste by hand, and no place for a typo to get in during production.
The finished files are checked once more, frame by frame: every text against the deck, every rule against the brand, and the image itself for graphic errors and artifacts, a clipped logo, a compression smear, a frame that renders wrong. Then a report is rendered with the results and signed by the person responsible for checking the materials.
So ADIMATE was built: a modern tool for banners, with artboards, that also makes video and statics.
A bridge into real production workflows. Today most tools have an API. Connect a few and you get an interface shaped around how you work.
No more opening spreadsheets, copying texts and assets, checking and fixing by hand. Texts, assets and the approval status are synced automatically, in every file that uses them.
With A.D.I. it is one edit, synced everywhere.
Each brand's colours, fonts, logos, stickers and rules in one place. They feed both the template builder and Brand Check.
Build templates from the brand, then validate them: on brand, and holding up in every language version.
Texts from the copy deck fit themselves into the templates for every format and language the plan asks for. Localisation goes from days to minutes.
Updates reach files from Figma, After Effects, Animate, the template editor and natively ADIMATE. Video is re-rendered on render machines in the cloud, so 200 videos update without anyone opening them.
Copy Check matches every text to the copy deck, Brand Check checks brand rules, and the person who checked signs a PDF report that the delivery is on copy and on brand.
How Copy Check works, step by stepA typical batch is 20 videos, four per language, each with a headline, subline, sticker, CTA and legal line. Copy Check reads them all and tells you which line is off, in which file.
Videos, HTML5 banners and statics, any mix. The language comes from the filename (_EN, _DE, _IT, _PL, _ES) and each file is checked against its own column of the copy deck.
Copy Check captures the frames and reads the texts on them. The same frames are scanned for graphic errors and artifacts. Lines can be corrected by hand when the read misses a comma or an accent. The files never leave your machine, only frames and text do.
Each text is matched to the deck. Matches get a green check, differences are shown side by side. Banners also get a spec check: clickTag present, ZIP under 150 KB, animation stops before 30 s.
One click makes a PDF report per delivery: file list, verdict per line, the frames with differences marked, and the name of the person who checked. It goes to the client together with the files.
Assets, templates, texts, images and video in one place, on our server or on yours for enterprise.
Like in Figma: see your team's cursors and selections in the same template.
Share a screen and get help without leaving the app.
Generate images straight into the gallery, or replace parts of finished campaign assets, with today's image models.
A.D.I. is also the comment and status system of the ecosystem. Agencies define their own sets, for campaigns and for files, and every tool reads the same ones. A material the client rejects in ADI LINK, with the comment, shows up as rejected in ADIMATE with that comment, in the producer's artboard list. No hopping between windows, no forwarding emails.
Junior is A.D.I.'s AI assistant. It lives on screen as an avatar, listens when you talk to it, and does the production work that used to be a ticket: updating files, writing scripts, generating assets, carrying out the client's corrections. It proposes, shows the change, and runs it after you say yes.
A small presence in the corner of A.D.I. that shows what it is doing, asks when it is unsure, and gets out of the way when it is done. Not a chat window you have to go to.
Say it instead of clicking it. "Open the Q4 campaign", "run Copy Check on the German videos", "swap the packshot". Speech is transcribed locally with Whisper, so nothing you say leaves the machine. A wake word, or a key held down.
A deck change, a new asset, a client comment from ADI LINK: Junior turns it into edits on the source files. Texts, layers, scripts, AI-generated assets. In ADIMATE natively, in Figma, Photoshop and After Effects through the plugins. New version out, checks rerun, comment resolved.
HTML5 and video animation, made for banners.
Artboards, a timeline and export to HTML5, video and statics from one file. Saves .adi, the file A.D.I. uses as a template.
Campaign and file control, a preview and delivery hub.
Works with A.D.I. natively; Adpiler or other APIs can be connected for enterprise setups.
Copy, brands, templates, checks and sign-off. The shared comment and status system.
Junior, the on-screen assistant: voice commands, scripts, updates and corrections inside your files.
.adi is ADIMATE's own file format: artboards, timeline, library and text layers bound to the deck, in one file. A.D.I. reads it natively and treats it as a template. Pick the template, pick the deck and the brand, and A.D.I. produces every size and language from it, runs the two checks and sends the set to the preview. A new campaign is a new deck, not a new build.
The .adi files live in A.D.I. together with their assets. Changes and exports run on the server, from the browser: a PM swaps a text or a packshot and exports the set without ADIMATE installed and without waiting for the one person who has it.
Vadilator is the free, browser version of A.D.I.'s checks for statics: copy against the deck, brand colours, logo clear space and margins. Sign in and you get a set number of checks per account. Video and HTML5 checks run inside A.D.I.
