This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It is written in plain language on purpose. It covers the website at adi.online only. If you later get an account in A.D.I. itself, the product has its own terms and privacy information, which you will see before you sign up.

We are the data controller in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have not appointed a data protection officer; write to the address above for anything related to your data.

2. What we collect, and why

WhenWhatWhy, and on what basis
You visit the site Technical data that every web server records: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, your browser and operating system (user agent), the page you came from. To deliver the pages, keep the service secure and find faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short, fixed period and then deleted.
You use the form ("Request access", "Book a demo" or similar) Your name, your email address, the role you pick (freelancer, team, company and the like), any optional fields you fill in (company name, website), the fact that you ticked the consent box, the address of the page you sent the form from, your IP address, user agent and browser language, and the time. To answer your request, send you one confirmation email, and contact you about access to A.D.I.. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box under the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect what was done before. IP, user agent and time are kept to prevent abuse of the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You email us Your email address and whatever you write. To reply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on what the message is about.

We do not use the form data for marketing lists. You get one confirmation email and then only replies to your request. There is no newsletter.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see which pages are read and how visitors reach them. Nothing is loaded until you accept it in the bar at the bottom of the page. If you accept, Google sets its analytics cookies (_ga and related) and receives your truncated IP address, pages visited, approximate region, browser and device type. We have IP anonymisation switched on and we do not use advertising features or audience sharing. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser; the bar will then ask again. Your choice itself is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us. Google's handling of the data is described in Google's privacy policy; transfers to Google LLC (USA) are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no cookie is set. Declining is as easy as accepting.

With the same consent we also load Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Malta, part of Contentsquare), which records how pages are used: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and anonymised session replays, plus device type, browser and approximate region. Hotjar sets its own cookies (_hj*) and masks what you type into form fields; we never see your name or email from it. Hotjar's handling of the data is described in Hotjar's privacy policy. You can also opt out of Hotjar everywhere at hotjar.com/policies/do-not-track.

4. Fonts

The pages load the typeface Chakra Petch from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font files, it sends your IP address to Google LLC (USA). Google's handling of that data is described in Google's privacy policy. Transfers to Google are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We may move the fonts onto our own server to avoid this; if we do, this section will be removed.

5. Where the data is stored and who sees it

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

Write to contact@dudkiewiczcorp.com. We answer within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For us that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl); you may also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.

8. Is giving data required?

No. You can read everything on this site without telling us anything. If you want us to contact you about access or a demo, we need at least a way to reach you and a name to address you by; that is what the form asks for.

9. Children

This site and the products behind it are for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

When something in how we handle data changes, we update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always at https://adi.online/privacy.html.
